Navigate your way around the woods during your week at Piperwood. Discover how to read trail signs and maps, and how to find your way with a compass. You will also explore the Town of Perinton’s trail system that connects to Camp Piperwood’s property.
Girls will also have time to enjoy the Splash Pad and create their own crafts. Requirements towards the Finding Your Way and Hiker badges will be met.
Art Daze
Cost Per Week: $180Weeks Offered: July 21-25, 2008Express yourself through art as you explore Camp Piperwood this week. Girls will have the opportunity to sketch animals, photograph flowers, incorporate natural objects into sculptures and try out old favorites like tie-dyeing, pottery or candle-making. Exhibit your art pieces to the rest of camp and your parents at the end of the week. Girls will round out their week by participating in camp games, the Splash Pad and a service project.
Girls will need to bring a 35 mm or digital camera with them to camp that will be locked up when not in use. Please call 585-239-7915 if your daughter does not have access to a camera.
SportsGirl
Cost Per Week: $180
Weeks Offered: July 14-18, 2008
Get up and get moving! Try your hand at disc golf, badminton, juggling, soccer and many other sports during this action-filled week at Piperwood. Learn how to care for your athletic body with stretching, yoga and pre-game treats. Girls will also engage in teambuilding exercises and a session in which they design, teach and play a new game or sport to the rest of camp. Take a break by playing in the Splash Pad and trying out arts and crafts. Requirements towards the Sports Sampler and Fun and Fit badges will be met.

Pamper yourself with yoga, manicures, facials and tasty, nutritious treats during this summer getaway. Try your hand at some new hairstyles, create your own body lotion and make your own energy drink to keep you going throughout the day.
Cool off in the Splash Pad and get creative at arts and crafts during your time at camp. Requirements towards the Looking Your Best badge will be met.

You can register up until two weeks before the program, unless the program has been filled.
